Computer technology is sweeping all over the world in every facets of human activity playing as the most important instrument of efficiency and productivity. With such a widespread use of computers, information that were confined before in the pages of books, newspapers, magazines and other media are now available anytime through the tip of your fingers. Thus, information technology is readily available as it penetrates through every media of knowledge.

Technology is cunningly derived from the unlimited bedrock of its source ---- the human imagination. Albert Einstein, a renowned scientist once quoted this, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” It’s true and from thereon, men have discovered the bounty of their minds and explored further the crystal richness of them Thus, communication equipments have advanced because of technology and even discovering the wide space of the air, man continued its own discoveries and explorations with technology’s unlimitless configurations by an output of their own imagination.

In the socio-economic setting of human activity, technology played its own cornerstone in terms of data processing and data networking output where all of the instrumentalities are available jointly within the core of interfaced communication line connections. In politics even more have heightened its necessity to supplement its ever-increasing demand of public views and opinions just as they would need the same in their determination of the public’s wisdom as regard to their own political agendum.

In terms of Arts and Culture, the once before differences of human races have undergone the same process of progression as it inevitably shared the wisdom of their own experiences. Hence, by the wisdom of their own cultural traditions, human reasoning was being stored within the pages of their own historical books, but not eventually shared to others. By world experience, wars and diplomacy were not the orders of their day, but with the advent of much information technology developments, these hidden knowledge and figures can now be readily scanned, searched, and studied.

The wonders of technology brought also the advances in concepts and ideas within the symmetry of human thinking process. And this is so because of information technology that made these things possibly within reach through the computer technology, and we consider this event as one of the wonders of nature of human thinking processes as it manifested the truthfulness discovered by long-ago scientists and wizards.

With these wonders in view and up to our own grasp, the privilege and opportunity for man to discover the undiscovered, study the unstudied, search the once unsearchable, write the once unwritable, and share those that are before unsharable by means of computers, this idiosyncratic wisdom and many more are now available. But, the problem that will usually haunt the knowledge searchers is that, “Is there any other way that we could obtain such opportunity of knowledge?”

This was also the question that haunted me. I was amazed of these wonders but the opportunity of things that I have discovered comes only once in my lifetime. Thus, I founded this Foundation to share with many others the discovery of total self satisfying charity embedded within the grasp of knowledge that I now have.

The rural areas in many countries have long been the greener fields of opportunities by those who are fortunate and are willing to do the charity. With charitable institutions mushrooming all around the world, the vast field of the poor is bountiful and ready for harvest.

I believe that somewhere along the line, I have this share of mission of uplifting the poor brethren from the clutches of knowledge hunger. So that, Franknet Foundation Institute, Inc. or simply FRANKNET has this mission and the yoke of this responsibility is not easy; but, I believe people who would share the same vision as I have will find this Foundation as one of the cornerstone of make believe becoming reality.

FRANKNET started from the scratches of our thoughts and conscience as we made our way of finding solutions to the work at hand which made its foundational stones laid within our heart’s throb.

We dreamed of technology advancements more than ever that in the future man will rely mostly of it as a necessity at all times. Businesses would be easy to negotiate, communication lines between people are easily provided and the language barriers will be made off, and everybody will speak one language. And this can only be attained by providing the so-called Information Technology highway

Now, we dreamed of bringing the Information highway within the grasp of rural folks wherever they may be across the islands in our Country and even the globe. But we believe that this is not our mission only. We believe that this is a mission for mankind and we are only undertaking our own small part of the bacon that is laid upon our shoulders. And I know that we will prevail…we will and can survive.

This is an opportunity provided to us by the continuous advancement of technology and we, the Founders of FRANKNET could not let it go as it passes by in our own view.

I have dreamed of unity beyond the diversities of life and through the cunning information highway, this would not take long enough to see that the poor brethren… our poor brethren will enjoy the same opportunity even in their own way.

Finally, I call on everyone with the gesture of charity and peace to share with us this once in a lifetime opportunity… Be with us, united in one spirit of charity and love; for there is only one way of changing this world through this mighty task ---the Faith of One for All. Let us reach out our hands to the poor and help them uplifted by extending our willing hearts and offering our shoulder for leaning their own progress and development by helping us in bringing the Information Technology to the people. This is my wish as it will be your wish too!
